Do the assessments range from, say, Jan 17th to Feb 4th?

Also, I'm curious to hear what people think the 5 minute presentation will be on. How can they standardize a presentation to ensure fair comparison among candidates... what kinds of topics will we be presenting on? Will it be from our own knowledge or will we receive some data / information to compile into a few powerpoint slides to present?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3990418600488025880.post-64415070882858664172011-01-12T18:24:42.495-08:002011-01-12T18:24:42.495-08:00I hope they release info on how many people actual...I hope they release info on how many people actually end up taking the assessment. It will be interesting to see. Has anyone been selected as a semi-finalist and is not planning on taking the assessment? Hosteling International also has a centrally located building in DC, and it's 1/3 to 1/4 of the price you'll find at an average DC-area hotel. San Francisco apparently has three to choose from. Unfortunately, I didn't find one for Atlanta, but Atlanta is not a very expensive city compared to the other three.Aaron Heltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02333956372960292067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3990418600488025880.post-11362824304257429192011-01-11T01:11:56.703-08:002011-01-11T01:11:56.703-08:00For those going to Chicago, I would recommend stay...For those going to Chicago, I would recommend staying at the Chicago Hosteling International (~$35). I used to volunteer at their front desk when living in Chicago. It's super clean, quiet (probably more so during Jan/Feb) and great staff. If you're looking to stay in a hotel in any of these places, priceline.com's bidding for travel is a great way to save money. I stayed in a DC hotel for $71 last summer (on a weekend). Good luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
